Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

If you’ve ever wanted cake for breakfast, without any of the guilt, this is the smoothie for you! To a blender, you’ll want to add frozen blueberries (and frozen is key for that creamy texture!), rolled oats, dates for some extra sweetness, spinach, plant-based protein powder, almond milk (or any base you like!), and some ice cubes. Blend until creamy and enjoy your cake in a cup.

Avocados aren’t just for guacamole anymore! Added to a smoothie, you’ll get the creamiest texture you can imagine, with lots of added fiber! To make, add frozen pineapple, spinach, avocado, banana, any base of your choosing, and some ice cubes to a blender. Blend, pour, and that’s it!
