This can be done by mixing some aloe vera with clove powder and brushing your teeth every day. It is extremely successful in killing the bacteria Streptococcus mutans and also the yeast: Candida Albicans. These both are found in the mouth which causes plaquing. Using aloe vera will ensure that they do not grow in the mouth. Moreover, aloe vera is known to reduce constipation. Constipation occurs due to the lack of fiber and water in the body. Aloe vera is also known to boost collagen production in the skin.

The research was conducted on 30 females who were above the age of 45. The research concluded that women who took the aloe vera pill had better skin with much more elasticity and shine. Aloe vera is also known to reduce sugar levels in the body. People with high sugar levels can add aloe vera into their diets to minimize the sugar levels. Aloe vera can also retain water content in the skin and act as a natural hyaluronic acid. It traps moisture from the skin that can help the skin to feel more plumped and fresh. Thus, aloe vera is one of the cheapest plants available that have multiple skins and health benefits.
