It Couldn't Be Done

By Edgar Guest

Somebody said that it couldn't be done But he with a chuckle replied That "maybe it couldn't," but he would be one Who wouldn't say so till he'd tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn't be done, and he did it!

Somebody scoffed: "Oh, you'll never do that; At least no one ever has done it;" But he took off his coat and he took off his hat And the first thing we knew he'd begun it. With a lift of his chin and a bit of a grin, Without any doubting or quiddit, He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn't be done, and he did it.

There are thousands to tell you it cannot be done, There are thousands to prophesy failure, There are thousands to point out to you one by one, The dangers that wait to assail you. But just buckle in with a bit of a grin, Just take off your coat and go to it; Just start in to sing as you tackle the thing That "cannot be done," and you'll do it.

Hold on to your hats. Meghan Markle might be coming out with her very own line of beauty products. Rumors started swarming after Markle was spotted at the estate of a well-known beauty marketing firm executive. I mean, what else could it possibly mean? The Duchess of Sussex, along with her husband Prince Harry and her mother Doria Raglan, has paid a handful of visits to beauty Mogul Bill Guthy’s home in California earlier this year. Meghan and Prince Harry have also flown on a private jet owned by the beauty firm during their New York Tour. This is what led people to believe a beauty line was in the works.

The marketing company, Guthy-Renker, already has brand deals with celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Cindy Crawford. However, the company found itself recently in some trouble where they were being sued for $26 million by thousands of women who were claiming they were experiencing hair loss from one of their shampoo ranges. This has not stopped Meghan from working with the company, and it’s not the first time she’s dipped her toes in the beauty world. The 40-year-old has shared with the public her tips and tricks that help her maintain her beautiful skin. Back when she used to act, Meghan shared that apart from filming, she does not wear foundation on her face, and she stressed the importance of always washing your face before going to bed. We’re all guilty of skipping a night here and there.

Apart from washing her face nightly, Meghan also shared that she incorporated facial exercises and massages into her daily routine to help stop the signs of aging. It clearly seems to be working for her because she always has a youthful glow to her. Back in 2015, she told Best Health, “As I’m getting older, my approach to aging is quite different. I make sure that I take care of my skin and body, especially with the work hours I have.” She’s even shared in several interviews one of her favorite beauty products, the YSL Touche Eclat Concealer, that helps her look awake when she doesn’t get much sleep. She knows a thing or two about the beauty world, and if we’re being honest, we’ll take skincare and beauty advice from this woman any day. As for now, we’ll just patiently wait until more information comes out about her new expected endeavor.
