Lady Gaga is back, and this time around, stronger and more nostalgic than ever. Her new single clearly has a plan up its sleeve to save the planet with her pop music. And the nostalgia factor? Well, that’s since it’s pretty much a tribute to Power Rangers with some Sailor Moon vibes too (Oh and also Ariana Grande). 

In the epic video clip, entitled Stupid Love, Lady Gaga plays the leader of the Kindness Punks tribe, who’s here to fight for justice and peace after an apocalypse in an all-pink outfit.  The other tribes are dressed in other bright colors such as green and yellow, which is also why people, both little monsters and Power Rangers fans have been comparing the video to the Power Rangers.

Many fans also noticed that Gaga’s costume, namely her headpiece was super similar to the one of Sailor Moon. And where does Grande come into the picture? Well, Ariana also totally worked the whole space princess look in her Break Free music video, which we can’t help but think that it may have inspired Gaga’s latest project.
