Once the new year comes around, going to the gym is a top resolution. But not many stick to this resolution. Now there are many reasons for this which include losing inspiration. Don’t worry, you are not alone. It happens to everyone. But what if you had a few sports that could help you stay active? Don’t worry, you don’t have to be a sporting professional for these sports.

Going hard on the treadmill might not be for you. But did you know that the pool at your gym could help you with your workout? That’s right, the pool. You may not have tried it before but swimming might just be the best exercise, especially if you can’t stand sweating. Now you don’t have to practice like a professional swimmer but a few laps can burn a few calories. You may not think it but those moves you have hidden can actually help you burn calories. Yes, that’s right, your dance moves can help you keep active. In fact, breaking will officially be in the 2014 Olympics so it is a sport.

Breaking a nail can be tribble and choosing between your nails and your exercise can be hard. But with ultimate frisbee, you won’t have to choose between the two. You will be able to maintain your perfect manicure and stay active. For this sport, all you have to do is throw a frisbee and be willing to run after it to catch it. That’s all it takes! If you are a fan of water then this next sport is definitely for you. The next sport is diving. This fun sport allows you to challenge your friends and family to try out new diving techniques while getting a workout in. You may not be a pro but at least you are getting a workout in.
