Despite the recent need to stay at home and socially distance, our favorite crew from High School Musical has proven that we truly are all in this together.  The cast took it to Zoom to reunite, and the pictures of the epic online get-together have made fans across the globe feel super hopeful that this means there will be an on-screen reunion to follow. Well, only time will tell, right?  Vanessa Hudgens posted a viral photo of the reunion on her own Instagram account, showing us all how much fun they had being back together again, even if it was online. 

The virtual hangout included far more than just a few characters and included pretty much everyone from High School Musical, including Corbin Bleu, Ashley Tisdale, Monique Coleman, and Lucas Grabeel. The director of High School Musical also made a point to show up to the chat. After all, he didn’t have far to travel to make it there! In her post, Vanessa Hudgens had every fan’s heart melting by writing ‘Guess who’s back…’ in her caption. The director himself, Kenny Ortega also shared the epic picture of the zoom reunion of his Instagram account.

Ortega included one seriously heartfelt message that had everyone feeling the nostalgia, saying ‘’Loving them more today than ever! What amazing people they’ve all become. I’m so proud of each and every one of them! #weareallinthistogether’’.  If you were ever feeling alone throughout this tough period, we’re sure his words helped you realize that there’s so much love and support out there! High School Musical is here to help you through it all. And while no video footage of the zoom reunion was released, we can still assume (or hope at least) that they also sang some of their legendary songs….even if it was just We’re All In This Together because that’s everything right now.  We also sure hope this High School Musical reunion tradition will be taking place on a regular basis from now on.
