Serena Carsley-Mann - May 10, 2018

If there are two things in this world that we would never agree to give up, it’s got be nostalgia and dessert.  So when the two come together, you better believe how epic it is.  New York City has got it of course, at El Rio Grande. It’s the Rainbow Churro Sundae bowl that’s full of childhood favorites. Fear not adults, you guys can indulge too, and it’s the best way to relive your best life.

El Rio Grande, a Tex-Mex restaurant located in the Murray Hill neighborhood of New York City, decided to up their churros by a few notches.  Their original churros is successful enough alone, but put together with ’90s treats such as Froot Loops, Oreos, Skittles, M&M’s and gummy bears, it’s the most dreamy concoction possible.

This treat is multi layered, multi colored and has a mouthwatering three-inch scoop of whipped cream at the top of the fried ice cream.  Once you make it past all the snacks, ice cream, and whipped cream, then you can eat the churro bowl too, if you’ve got room.

Dreams do come true.
